The Cliff House
In our estimation, nobody has done more or fought harder to protect this spectacular historic Manitou Springs landmark than Charles J. Murphy of Murphy Constructors. His vision and passion for historic restoration brought an element of romance to this project that permeates the entire property.

Honored to be a part of this important project, Kieran was but a small part of the story. The restoration of the exterior balustrade was extensive and included rebuilding all of the massive newel posts. The soffits consisted of tongue and groove bead boards and frieze boards with lookouts, bed molding and fascia with crown molding.
